This on-line diagnostic tool includes a suite of assessment questions that explores the organisation's readiness to engage its thinking about Productivity Improvement. Particular attention has been given to worker participation in these processes.
Results are debriefed and processes are then developed in consultation with the client organisation to implement productivity improvement initiatives, measure results and ensure alignment between strategies and operational elements.
