The ISO 31000 Rx is an on-line Risk Management Diagnostic Survey that measures the behaviours and actions described in the International Risk Management Standard and AS / NZ ISO 31000 Risk Management Standard (AS/NZS ISO 31000:2009).
This Survey tool focuses on specific risk-related behaviours and actions and has been developed to facilitate discussion about the organisations’ risk management culture, framework, policy, planning and practices. The results of the survey provide a basis for deciding on risk management development projects and continuous improvement processes in organisations.

The ISO 31000 Rx provides a structured assessment of the extent of integration and the consistency of risk management practices across an organisation and across different types of risk.
