Hi, my name is Dean Myburgh, Director of 80-20 Options NZ Ltd. I am committed to facilitating improved processes, systems and competencies to address resilience gaps in organisations. 

Having the right information to influence a change in the resilience culture and thinking , increase awareness and manage effectively is an investment in the organisation’s readiness to address key business challenges.

OUR CONSULTING APPROACH

We use the concept of resilience and the Organisation Resilience Matrix to assist organisations to proactively address key business issues in challenging times. 

Assessment of organisational dimensions and engagement of people in the organisation at both strategic and operational levels is central to this approach.

The Organisation Resilience Matrix provides a structured, yet adaptable framework (with core resilience indicators), to meet client organisations’ unique characteristics and requirements.

OUR METHODOLOGY

Using OD approaches and Survey-guided feedback tools and techniques, 80-20 Options NZ Ltd. facilitates the strategic and operational thinking within organisations. 

We facilitate the achievement of resilience through:

  • on-line diagnostic assessments (risk management, emergency management, productivity improvement and a range of customised assessments), supported byfeedback of results and facilitation of improvement initiatives

  • organisation development approaches to engaging people

  • training of in-house facilitators 

Results are used to address the resilience within core components of the organisation as they relate to key business issues and contribute to the overall organisational performance.

Facilitation of the problem-solving related to assessments are supported by 80-20 Options NZ Ltd. and its Partner Organisations. 

Alternatively, comprehensive training is available for in-house facilitators with the appropriate experience and background.

Dean Myburgh, Director of 80-20 Options NZ Ltd., is a HBDI® Certified Practitioner and member of the Herrmann International global network. He works with client organisations and fellow Herrmann-certified facilitators to apply this organising principle to the Resilience Matrix.
